Please keep in mind that after you receive your proof via the on-line “instant” proof or emailed from one of our designers, your order is printed exactly as shown on your final proof. Therefore, it is very important you check the accuracy of your spelling, capitalization and/or improper grammar; we will not take responsibility for any previously proofed errors. Please return any banner, magnet, or sign that has been produced incorrectly or damaged in shipping within 3 days of delivery. Please return to us in its original condition, original packaging and accessories, and we will replace it, refund your purchase price, or credit your credit card. It is our policy that you not receive anything from BallyHoo Banners that is not completely satisfactory.

Ground Shipping is our standard method of shipping within the continental United States. Should you need your order sooner, quicker delivery options are available. The shipping charge will be based on the size, weight, and shipping destination of the item. You will be shown the shipping charges before you submit your final order.
Because UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order.
